1.Mold daily maintenance: all kinds of moving parts such as thimble, row position, guide pillar, guide sleeve refueling, mold surface cleaning, water drainage, which is to be maintained every day in mold production.
2.Regular mold maintenance:including daily maintenance, also need to clean the exhaust slot, trapped gas burning black and exhaust, damage, wear parts correction, etc.
3.Appendence maintenance: paint the outside of the mold embryo, so as not to rust, under the mold, fixed mold should be coated with anti-rust oil, mold preservation should be closed tightly, to prevent dust from entering the cavity.
